Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

All orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the next business day. 

During high season or sales events, it may take 7-14 business days to process shipping.

We do not ship on holidays. If you make an order on holiday it will be processed and shipped the following business day. 

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

Domestic orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically applied to your order. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing your order to avoid returned packages and extra shipping fees.

Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), IGRIEGA cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package, but it can be traced with a tracking number provided.

Once your order is placed and processed for shipping, you will receive the following e-mail notifications:

  • Tracking number
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting. However, IGRIEGA is not held responsible once the packages are shipped and in USPS possession.

Once orders are picked up by the mailing carrier (USPS), it is their responsibility to safely deliver it to the customer. If a package is not received, but appears as DELIVERED in the USPS system, to the shipping address provided at checkout, the customer should reach out to USPS directly. IGRIEGA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our shipping facilities.

Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order, this will diminish the possibility of any shipping complications. If the package is returned to our office due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
